Orders & Processing
At Laury Bride & Living, we take pride in delivering high-quality products with care and intention. Please review our order, shipping, and return policies before making a purchase.
- Orders for Laury Living products are processed within 5 business days of purchase. If you are purchasing off of a pre-sell, orders will also be shipped within 5 days of that pre-sell date.
- All Laury Bride ready-to-wed and custom gowns and made-to-order designs are subject to the terms outlined in the transaction invoice. Laury Bride gowns are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship orders within the United States via UPS and USPS.
- Laury Living orders will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- Laury Bride gown shipments (if applicable) are coordinated per client agreement.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Laury Bride & Living is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. All Laury Bride orders will be shipped with Adult Signature required.
Returns & Refunds
Laury Living Products
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving return approval.
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or worn products
- Sale items
- Made-to-order or personalized items
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact gianna@laurybride.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, shipping details for the return will be provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Laury Bride Gowns & Custom Orders
- All Laury Bride gowns are final sale and non-refundable.
- Terms and conditions for Laury Bride custom designs and made-to-order gowns are communicated within the transaction invoice.
- If you have questions about your bridal order, please reach out directly to our team before completing your purchase.
