Absolutely! We proudly serve brides from all over the country. For out-of-state brides, we offer a Virtual Veil & Vision Chat where you can discuss your gown vision, fabric options, and customization details with Laurie Underwood, the designer, before beginning the design process. Once your custom gown is in production, we’ll provide updates and coordinate shipping to ensure a seamless experience.
Once your gown is complete, we offer secure, insured shipping to ensure it arrives safely at your location. We also provide guidance on professional alterations, if needed to perfect your fit. If you’d like an in-person experience, we’d love to welcome you to our Chicago atelier for your final fitting!
Our Gowns & Rosé appointments are 90 minutes, giving you ample time to explore 3 gowns, and receive expert guidance from designer, Laurie Underwood. Virtual consultations are 30 minutes for brides seeking virtual styling support and guidance.
To keep the experience intimate, we offer three guest options:
Bride + Up to 3 Guests → $50
Bride + Up to 6 Guests → $100
Bride + Up to 8 Guests → $125
Your styling fee is applied toward your gown purchase if you decide to move forward in the process!
Only the bride’s children are allowed in the store, and they must be well-behaved throughout the appointment to maintain a peaceful and luxurious experience for all brides.
No outside food, alcohol, or drinks are permitted in the atelier to preserve the elegance of our space. However, we offer complimentary rosé during your appointment to enhance your experience.
Our to ready-to-wear gowns start at 2500 and our custom gowns start at 3300, with pricing varying based on design, materials, and customizations.
We recommend starting at least 8-12 months before your wedding to allow time for design, fittings, and alterations. If your wedding is sooner, there will be an expedited fee to ensure you receive your order on time.
We do offer off-the-rack and sample sales with gowns, "as is".
Our shop samples accommodate a range of sizes, and every gown, whether ready-to-wed or custom, is made to your exact measurements for a flawless fit.
Unlike other bridal shops, our alteration services are apart of the experience and are not an additional cost to the bride.
Congratulations! Once you say yes to your custom Laury Bride gown, we finalize your design details and begin the creation process.
We understand that plans change! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. If we are notified 24 hours in advance, we will issue a refund to your account.
No, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once your order is placed, it is considered a final sale. We take great care to ensure every gown meets the highest standards, and we encourage you to review all details carefully before confirming your purchase. We do offer refunds on our Laury Living products on items that have not been used.
